  • This applies to guests who pass through an additional screening process and is requested for all bookings whether Direct, Google Vacations, Airbnb, etc.

Professional Listing Services

• Comprehensive listing and material preparation for your property on Airbnb, Google Vacations, and Direct through our website.

• Professional photography services to showcase your property in the best light.

Enhanced Online Presence

• For most, the recommended configuration is for you to own the Airbnb account and then add us as a co-host. This gives you ownership of the listing while we work towards getting you to the Superhost status, plus you will own the listing if you ever decide to part with us, including earned reviews and upcoming bookings.

• For some Owners, they either want to remain anonymous and/or don’t want to deal with any portion of the process and prefer us to manage it. We can do this as well for qualified properties and can immediately list you under our own Superhost account giving you increased visibility right away.

• All properties will receive an exclusive listing on ChicChateaus.com, enabling direct bookings and savings for guests.

Monthly Performance Insights

• Provide monthly reports on your property’s performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.

Innovative WiFi Setup

• A customized WiFi splash page that captures guest details, enhancing our marketing database.

• Direct link to ChicChateaus.com on the WiFi home page, encouraging guests to book directly for future stays.

Hardware Requirements and Options

• Lock System: Implementation of our lock system is mandatory for the front door of all properties, ensuring enhanced security and access control.

• WiFi Hardware: While not mandatory, we highly recommend utilizing our WiFi hardware. This is provided at no extra cost and facilitates efficient guest management and additional services.         

• TVs/Thermostats/Party Busters: Also not mandatory, but we have a specific type of TV and thermostat we recommend that guests love.

Design Consultation

• We are not interior design experts, but we do understand what works and what doesn’t in a property as a short-term rental and can certainly offer free guidance to help you get the most bookings possible.
